So before this, I hadn't tried this 'technique' before.
I did it with my niece... nice to have a design we can both work on :P Covered the area with a plastic table cloth and had at it with straws and nail polish.
The desired effect is neat, but the final look didn't turn out near what I thought it would. There has to be a better way, or possible just better polishes to work with. Oh well, it's still fun and random.
I just wanted it less blobby.
