Did You Know This? in Help Me Please

The one thing about “DIETS” is they never work because there is always something missing and your body always craves them. I call this body shock and it’s not good because you get headaches and miserable. The best way to eat is everything in moderation and try to stay away from the salt and sugar. You do know that those are always is boxes or packages and the list of ingredients you can never understand what they are.
If you look at all the diets you will notice that the science for them is not always right. The only change of eating that actually does work is the Weight Watchers because you can eat everything and anything and any quantity and everything you do eat is based on science.
I have tried a lot of so called diets and I did loose the weight but always gained it back plus some and then I had to start all over again.
The thing about weight watchers is you don’t really have to count the points but just eat what is on their list. it’s everything known to man and you can have as much as you want. But if you notice the amount you do eat is always enough to make you feel satisfied. And there is like 1/3 of the plan that is zero points so they are the ones you need to eat. Like all frits and vegetables (The fresh ones) Brown rice and pasta and white chicken and fish and seafood. But then you can only eat so much of all of this and this is the stuff that gives you all the nutrients you need to live. And the thing that I like about this is that you never really go off the band wagon. And the thing about this is you never ever feel hungry.
But the trick to the salt and sugar cravings is to eat fruit for the sweet and protein for the salt and after about 3 weeks you don’t crave those anymore.
I have noticed that this time with me is that I am eating a lot less carbs and more vegetables and protein and I am feeling much better and I don’t have that yukky feeling that I have eaten too much and my stomach doesn’t jiggle. But then when I drink my coffee it always jiggles as I am walking down the hall to the bathroom and then there is no more jiggle.
The hardest part about loosing any amount of weight is to maintain it and keep it off. I have not mastered that yet but maybe this time I will.
As I am loosing weight I do see that I am feeling better about myself and I can also see my clothes fitting better and looser and I do know in time I will be wearing my size 28 jeans and my medium size underwear and t-shirts.
I have a major goal of being at my goal weight by Christmas and to have lost the rest of the weight I want to loose by my birthday next year. But so fat it looks like I am loosing about a pound a week and that is right on target. Sometimes I wish i could loose more but I am not sure how much less I can eat without making myself sick. But so far I am happy with my progress and I am finding it easier to walk up hill so that is a good thing.

Onto something else....

I am not sure if all of you Americans know that Canada is in the process of having an election and it looks like we will be having a conservative type of government because people are just tired of Trudeau and want him gone. I don’t think it’s what he has done or not done because so far he has done everything he should have especially dealing with this Covid. But I think we should have gone backwards in the phases because the numbers are getting to be way too high for a vaccine to be used. And the governments are not doing enough to get the whole Canada vaccinated. I think those who are not vaccinated and have no good reasons should not be allowed to have the same freedoms as those who are vaccinated. it’s like a 15 year old can not legally drive a car without a valid proof of their age and birthdate. And even at 16 it takes two years to become a driver who has no restrictions.

Onto something else....
Tonight’s dinner is left overs so I am thinking I won’t be eating but then I always do change my mind. And for the rest of the day it’s the same stuff I didn’t finish yesterday. And plus I get to go to bed nice and early so I can be awake at 5:30 am Saturday.
