Paperwork in LIFE OF A D.O.M. WIDOWER LIVING ON THE NJ SHORE

I have completed all the paperwork requested to receive this grant of up to $150.00.00 to raise my house. The file now goes to the Environmental Protection Agency and then on to FEMA for review. My Grant Administrator agreed that the time has arrived that lighting candles in Church would not be out of order. I have received another call today from a new person in the State DEP telling me that my file has been reviewed and now sent on to the FEMA people. They will be the ones saying Yea/Nay. I am beginning to get positive vibes about this and for the first time I am feeling positive about the program. It has been almost 2 years that Sandy came to town.
