I am trying to learn how to make Korean food -- it always looks so yummy on the Kdramas that I watch. I have a couple of cookbooks, but the exotic ingredients have thrown me for a loop. Namely, I need to learn how to figure out the various noodles and pastes, and when I go to the on-line grocers there are so many choices, I have no idea what to choose. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
