How do you fight pain? in My anxious place

I know you can’t actually defeat the feeling of pain, because it will inevitably accompany the modern human society until the end of times, but I believe you can actually try and fight it every day. I’ve dealt with a pretty bad d3pressive episode last year, the only one I’ve ever had, and I felt like I was literally dy1ng. If I have to be honest, I actually wanted to d1e. But then Covid came, and somehow I started feeling more at peace with myself, since school was online and I finally had time to just stop doing everything I was carrying on and taking some time to get to understand my feelings. I’ve always been an overthinker too, and that is what makes the whole healing process 1000 times more difficult, cause you can start stop overthinking only by overthinking, or at least this is how I see it. Well, bye, for now.
