Wow… really a month since I’ve written here? Can’t believe that’s gone so quick....
So what has happened? Tom news first. He’s been told by his work that they are downsizing office space to save money, but it’s not all bad news on that front. With a number of people able to work from home, they are looking at each person’s job role and seeing if there is the possibility to work from home for part, or all, of the time, and Tom falls under that bracket. He said he will probably want to go in for 1 or 2 days a week, but the idea of staying in bed longer to start earlier and remove all travelling and commuting stress appeals to both of us! So, fingers crossed there.
Parents news, they are in the bracket to get their first covid injections soon, just waiting to hear, could be in the next week or two, so that’s looking up.
Noelle - she’s growing, has a decent turn of walking speed on her and is learning more words, so I must be sure I minimise my use of bleep-words when she’s in earshot!
And bump… well… bump is healthy, moving around, getting the odd little kick now… and it’s 4 months to go. And yes we have found out… it’s another girl! It means that I can re-use Noelle’s baby things as well. No, we haven’t decided on a name yet, but discussions are ongoing!
