Men of a certain age in Life After 60

Oh yes. Once we reach a certain age, medically speaking, there are wonderful tests that await us. The one I remember most and liked the least, “drop your pants and bend over the table.” I swear the doctor puts his gloves in a freezer and his finger is 6 feet long. Some of you are smiling and nodding in agreement. That first prostate exam is an eye-opening experience.
Then comes the soul mate to the prostate exam. The annual/bi-annual running of the camera. At least for this one, they knock you out. However, the prep for that off-broadway screening is brutal.
Lucky me, I get to do the two-day prep for the show. When I was young I couldn’t wait to get old. Now, I wished I was young again. The boldly go where no man has gone before should only apply to space travel!
