I got paid! in Daily life

From the AL place and it was more than I expected! I worked 11 days for about 2 and 1/2 hours each day. Supposed to work from 4 to 7 but most days we were done by 6:30 and I couldn’t justify sitting around just to get the time. I was told I could leave unless I wanted the hours but I didn’t feel it was right to just sit there doing nothing as the residents were settled in their rooms. If they were out, I probably could have justified talking with them to get the time but they were settled in their rooms, doors closed.

Reached out to the courthouse yesterday, they still want me but the scheduling is the problem. They schedule the week and court looks calm and then it gets crazy. Told them that my schedule has changed (the munchkins are going to hybrid schooling next week so I won’t be needed to supervise them) and they could call me on a moment’s notice. The supervisor and her assistant (who I spoke with) said that was good to know and they would call me next week. I certainly hope that they do because I need to be busy. I am only working about 6 days in a two week period and that includes the weekend at the AL place. I have too much time on my hands.

Haven’t had any communication with Jeff and unfortunately still struggling with the betrayal. Also the weather has been cold and snowy so that doesn’t help. I don’t have much motivation and even find it hard to concentrate, all reasons why I need to get more work.

Ending on a more upbeat tone, PrincessA is a month old today and rolled from her belly to her back the other day! She hasn’t done it since but it is a start. She is such a little doll, 😍.
