Butch had the day off so Gina and I went with him to feed cows. He and Pop crossed the ditch and fixed fence on Glenn’s and Gina and us went to town to finalize transfer of old blue truc to Chuck. Ate dinner at D.Q.
Kathy and cat come about 8 PM.

I had taken a break from the scale for the last two weeks and when I got on it this morning I was surprised to see it was at 150.8. Thats the lowest its been in years. I would like to lose two more pounds but there is no hurry and I’m going to eat what I want on Easter Sunday!
So looking forward to spending the weekend with my Grandma!

Good Things I did for me
Took a recovery day from cardio.
Worked out with Angie We did step ups to balance on the medium platform, single leg rows, single arm rows, and single leg squats with 30 pound weights.
