The Weekend in 2021

Friday was my first day off since starting the new job. I got everyone out the door and went right back to sleep lmao. I slept til hubby got home at 12. Then we hoped in the car and drove to look at a house that I swear was built by hobbits. I am 5’4 on a good day and could touch the ceiling. We had to pass lol.

We stopped on the way to try out a new restaurant. Just a little mom and pop place and it was SOOO good. Then it was off to the grocery store and to grab the littles.

Swayze’s mom asked us to bring them to a park in her neighborhood and I told her it would be dark before we could get there so Sat would work better for us. I told her we would do 1pm which would give her plenty of time to get up and meet us…..you would think. I messaged her at 1215 that we were leaving the house and coming to her town to grab lunch. I messaged her again when we picked up lunch and were headed her way. I messaged her again when we got to the park and told her she had better be there by 1. At 1 I called her and told her she had 15 minutes or she would just have to see him on Monday. We stayed almost 2 hours. Did she ever show up?? NOPE but proceeded to call me a piece of shit for not making Swayze video chat with her because he HATES it. She said I was a piece of shit for punishing her for being a hard sleeper. UM NO we drove to your neighborhood and all you had to do was get up and walk to the end of you block and you couldn’t be bothered. I am not going to make him do something he doesn’t want to do anymore. She kept trying to turn it and make me the bad guy but it just doesn’t work anymore.

Now I am logged in to start my second week of work from home and I have my littles and hubby here….lets see how this works :/
