One week from today in Daily life

I will have finished my first day at my new job. Looking forward to it. My son tested me for Covid yesterday morning when I came to watch the munchkins . It wasn’t uncomfortable at all but when he put the sample in the vial, it didn’t go in right and flew all over the room! He didn’t have another one with him so I had to wait to be retested til he came home from work at the end of the day. Again, it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. He also told me that the AL place got a memo that the vaccine is being offered to everyone there in two weeks. I was a bit on the fence about getting it so son but if it is being offered at the job, I am reconsidering getting it then. Researching all the data. I believe it is the Pfizer one which would have been my preference if I would decide for it. Of course I want to speak to my family doctor first to see what his opinion would be concerning it.

Ana suzanne is doing well altho she is having trouble latching on so they are using a bottle. Her tongue is really long which I guess is part of the down’s. She passed her sugar, hearing and heart tests so they will probably go home tomorrow. Depending on how tired they are, I will stop and just get a peek at her. Of course I will wear a mask. I will probably go down on the weekend to bring them a meal and depending on the Covid test, maybe I can even hold her. If not, I will wait.
