Fact Check This! in Life After 60

H.R. 5717 would implement a 30% tax on all gun sales and 50% tax on all ammunition sales…That is pretty simple language but alas the head in the sand dems are trying to pull another fast one. ( and yes I refuse to capitalize the word because I have no respect for them.)
The bill’s intent is “to end the epidemic of gun violence and build safer communities by strengthening federal firearms laws and supporting gun violence research, intervention, and prevention initiatives,” as stated in its introduction.----What a load of crap!!! So the dems want to raise the taxes on guns and ammo to build a safer community? Yeah, makes perfect sense, make sure that only crooks have guns. The government can’t keep illegal guns off the street with the background checks we have, but an increase in taxes will show them?
How stupid are you folks? And now the rioters of the Capital may have had inside help. I am shocked. So are we going to prosecute the lawmakers who were part of such open treason and insurrection? I dare say, not! For some reason, Congress thinks they are above the law!
When will America wake up to the fact both parties are destroying the U.S. from the inside?
