H.R. 5717 would implement a 30% tax on all gun sales and 50% tax on all ammunition sales…That is pretty simple language but alas the head in the sand dems are trying to pull another fast one. ( and yes I refuse to capitalize the word because I have no respect for them.)
The bill’s intent is “to end the epidemic of gun violence and build safer communities by strengthening federal firearms laws and supporting gun violence research, intervention, and prevention initiatives,” as stated in its introduction.----What a load of crap!!! So the dems want to raise the taxes on guns and ammo to build a safer community? Yeah, makes perfect sense, make sure that only crooks have guns. The government can’t keep illegal guns off the street with the background checks we have, but an increase in taxes will show them?
How stupid are you folks? And now the rioters of the Capital may have had inside help. I am shocked. So are we going to prosecute the lawmakers who were part of such open treason and insurrection? I dare say, not! For some reason, Congress thinks they are above the law!
When will America wake up to the fact both parties are destroying the U.S. from the inside?

When will people realize we are only pawns in their game? People let the rich and powerful politicians keep us fighting so that we don't pay any attention to what they are doing. If the everyday people could get that through their head, we might finally get somewhere including with our differing views (which if you look at the core of a lot of them are not that different). This has gotten way out of hand and cooler heads are not prevailing. The left insists on pushing their radical agenda through without compromise or conversation. This is the US of A, we are supposed to be better than that.

I Agree 500%. Washington D.C. has forgotten who they work for and who pays their salaries. They have entirely too much free rein.

Wow, some pretty powerful stuff! My dad told me when I was 9-10 years old that America would be destroyed from the inside. That was back in 1970.
