Well… I was 4 days late, but af did show. I think those lines could have been something, but definitely did not implant good. Judging by the faint lines on multiple tests and af being late I would definitely say it was a chemical/early miscarriage. Surprisingly, I am ok with that - I am happy to know that Femara is doing what it should be doing with my body. I have had "normal" cycles while I have been taking it and I do feel like we are getting closer to achieving pregnancy again.
Unfortunately I have had to leave the midwife temporarily to seek care under a reproductive specialist. We have an appointment on 5/19 - I will be cd 29 that day, so I suppose I could have to cancel due to this cycle working. :-)
I am around cd 9 right now- just finished up Femara cd 3-7 and waiting to ovulate. The BD'ing has started lol - every 2 days as "ordered" and DH is not complaining about that. No sign of O yet, but I am temping, of course and using opk's (although I think they are a waste of time and $ because most cycles I never get a good +, especially when medicated -- I got a great deal, found fr digital opk's for $10 marked down from $40 for 20 of them)
