Day 4 in Taking care of myself

Hello Sunshine
I slept through my alarm again! I guess I was really tired… My morning workout was nicer than the past three days. I mostly work my abs by doing the plank for 60 seconds, by reaching my ankles when I’m laying on my back with my feet by my bum, and by bringing my knees to the center of my body while sitting up. I’m not sure how to describe it exactly, it’s probably not described properly, if you know what I’m talking about, whatever. I made some youtube research today and I found some pretty neat videos about how to work abs, I think I’m gonna try some new ways tomorrow.
As for the rest of the day, it went pretty smoothly. I had a nice breakfast made of toasted English muffin and then studied until 3 pm with a break and a lunch in the middle. After that I went for a little walk and I found an interesting little spot where I found some ducks in a puddle. It was freezing cold tho, but the fresh air felt good in my lungs.
Tonight I’m gonna do a session of 10 minutes of meditation. I also did my research about how to properly sit for meditation and I realized that I was doing it really wrong! Glad I figured that out, now I can feel better, physically.
I also drank my bottle of water completely, which I’m happy about because honestly I thought that this would be something that I would easily forget or give up on, but so far I kept the streak. Let’s see how far I can go without breaking that streak.
