Back Home again in Muddling Through As Best I Can

Well, it’s been a long time since I last posted. Lots of changes going on in life,
My kids who moved away just moved back in, and they’re expecting their second child, another girl, in about two weeks. That will bring the grand total of grandchildren to 15, with another due in April. And, even though I cheated a little, I’m now a great-grandfather at the ripe old age of 58. My foster daughter Kelly was blessed with a grandson this past year.
Work is work, nothing new there. I’ve got around three years left before I can think of retiring, so we’ll see on that.
I woke up this morning to a quiet house. Coffee is brewing as I type and the children are all fast asleep.
I really had a lot to say when I sat down, but it’s a balmy 66 degrees here in Texas and I really want to go outside and listen to the birds this morning and watch the squirrels play while I drink my coffee. You folks take care and have a lovely day yourselves wherever in the world you are.
