read labels in A New Journey

So my last entry I had mentioned I was heading out thrifting shopping. We had fun and Beth took me to this juice place and wanted me to try it. SO I got me one of a Turmeric, ginger, pineapple, and something else. So this place is a juice detox place and I thought ok I will try it.
Well HOLY MOLY that night I woke up at 12:30 to go to the rest room and had a bowel and once that happened I all of a sudden felt like my whole body was on fire, I started to feel like I was going to pass out. SO I stood up and pulled my PJ’s pants up and fell to the floor and all of a sudden I started to feel so wet, I was sweating and feeling like I was HOT, then my stomach was hurting so bad. I literally crawled out of the bathroom and yelled for my sister Mary to wake up and she got up and started to figure out what was going on. I did pass out for a moment. Mary took my temperature and put her hand on my stomach to see if I was sensitive, so no fever, my stomach was not hurting at her touching me just in a lot of pain there. SO she was about to call 911 and I said NO, wait. SO she got me a heating pad and I cried for a while and kept sweating. With in 45 min I started to calm down and was able to get up and went back to bed and I eventually went back to bed. Woke up and had a better bowel. As we assumed I was having bad gas pains.
BUT I kept thinking ok what did I eat in the last 24 hours and went thru the list, as I do have lots of food allergies. SO I got to thinking of the detox drink I was drinking and got the bottle and went online to do some research and called the owner of the place. BUT I found on the bottle that a WARNING label was saying:
WARNING: This product has not been pasteurized and therefore may contain harmful bacteria
that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune
systems.
I have weaken immune system. SO when I called him and asked a few questions and I described my situation, he told me yes he has had clients that have had this before.
LO and behold how in the world is this guy even in BUSINESS selling this crap!!!
So I had a severe reaction to this, So I will not go there again and DO not want to experience this again.
SO I called my cousin and explained to her and told her that i felt that i had a bad reaction to it.
SHE got angry at me.
I explained to her that I have to be careful of what I eat and drink every day. BUT she tried to claim its a very healthy method and I told her to certain people but not for me. BUT she went on saying it had to be from a Restaurant where we ate at as it was a Italian place. As I had a bowl of Zucchini noodle with Marina sauce. I had checked for the ingredients in it. I was fine with it. SO any ways. SHE is upset with me and NOW won’t talk to me. SO let it be. I GET it that she wants to be a healthy nut and its for her but not for me.
SO today I am feeling a lot better other than a little tired and ready to go back home.

I have a dentist appointment for dental implants to be done but its a consult appointment for now and find out the cost for it tomorrow. Then I have to see some friends of mine since I have not seen them for a long while.

Skies today has been very grey, no smoke smell but its making feel like I have NO ENERGY to do anything but I will keep on going.

Going over to my brother house to visit him tonight. I miss him and need to talk to him about what’s going on with him.
