Well Johnny was right. I am notorious for restarting my game. Actually, I’m playing this on my sister Julz’s grey Switch. Soo.. if I seem to revert, it’s because I have my pink Switch. ^^
Ok. My first impression of LGE. It gave me the feels. I remember Red/Blue/Fire Red/Leaf Green. I like the fact that they let your pokemon follow you ala Soul Silver/Heart Gold. Talking to my pokemon is a novel idea and very cute.
In this game, you start with Eevee. Or if you have LGP, you start with Pikachu. I don’t know if you actually evolve Eevee/Pikachu… but you start with those pokes.
I suggest you stick around in Viridian Forest around where the girl that mentions Bulbasaur, bc you can actually catch one. :)
I tend to soft reset to get a female eevee in honor my friend Strawberry who sadly passed on.
So, before you get to Prof. Oak at the top of Pallet town, save.
