So your coffee is poured and I hope you’re enjoying your food warm these days. Just like your ideas, waiting until it gets cold loses out on the flavor. Your inspired thoughts have important tasty components that are meant to be devoured on sight. I love you. Did you stretch out your leggies? Did you you create a grocery list and add your favorite boujie beans? Did you know that all your scary to-dos can be done gently? Do you know what your breath moving in and out in this moment is worth? I love you. Breathe. You tend to each part of your skin with lotion every morning and scrub your teeth and care SO deeply that even on your hardest day, you put carmex on to protect your lips. That is loving. Loving you is what you know best. Have you felt your favorite underwear lately? The ride or die ones in your drawer? Feel your radiance when you put the good stuff on. Wear more of what makes you feel ready for this life. Because it is now, this breath is right now. Are you thirsty? For water? For love? For satisfaction? Get you some. Fill it up. Take a sip. There’s enough to go around for lifetimes and scarcity doesn’t live in you anymore. It’s not alive in your wallet folds, or your cheek’s bones, or behind your fridge door…binge on your creations and drive through your brainstorm. More is more. Stop at the cornerstore for some gum. Put the wrapper in your pocket until you can throw it out. Holding on and letting go. Hold on and then let go. You can’t carry everything. Dump your inner purse out and toss the junk paper/crumbs/loose press-on nail tips away. You’re a mento. A freshmaker. A good-feeling-baker. Hot and ready pies of abundance from your brain’s oven forever. How good does this variety taste? Are you curious to taste something new today? You know what makes you feel sparkly as fuck just as well as you know what makes your heart hurt. Do it for your satisfaction, your joy, your art, your harmony. Quit building onto the boundaries others made for you and cosign on your come up instead of your limitations. I’m proud of you for choosing emotional decadence. Remember to chew your food. I love you.
