Common Sense Has Died in God, With Skin On

There are a few basic rules of common sense that have died or maybe failed to be taught. Don’t run with scissors, never point a gun at anyone or anything you don’t intend to shoot and do what the Police Officers tell you.
The latter of the three seems to bring some debate to the table. Granted we have seen some Police Officers lately that failed to use common sense, but some of the victims missed the boat as well. I am not saying they deserved to be shot or chocked, but when you are in custody and fight or flee you are asking for trouble.
However, shooting a person in the back three times is criminal. But the issue still remains, what did the officer see? A suspect points a weapon and there is only a 2 second response time. Gun or Taser? It’s easy to judge after the fact, not so during the adrenal rush. Let me point a gun at you and see how you react.
Our country is in trouble, of that, I have no doubt.
