Please, For The Love of God in God, With Skin On

I have always found that phrase a little odd. But if I take it at its face value maybe not. The answer is right in front of my nose. For the love of God…PLEASE. Maybe not so hard to understand after all.
An interesting thought…why do people serve God? I mean you can’t see, feel, taste, or touch or smell God. (Although, some will disagree) While the answers will vary, it still makes me wonder, why?
