Today for the first time we received a phone call from a potential buyer of our small land property in the countryside. I’ve been putting the add for months, but received no replies, so I didn’t expect any this time either. Maybe it’s because of the coronavirus that city dwellers want to have some piece of nature where they could chill safely, or maybe it’s just a coincidence. Anyway, I hope that the guy will call back after watching the land.
