Woke up at bleurgh o'clock feeing, well, bleurgh.

I'm not a big fan of sleeping in anyways these days. Sleep is the enemy, trying to stop me being productive. It's a bit annoying, however, to be awake and feel just as unproductive as if I was sleeping. Really don't feel good.

I made it into work and I guess we'll just see how the day goes but this may actually be a "go home ill" sort of illness rather than a "hide in my training room till I feel better" sort.

Strangely, when I got up Shep was already up and watching "Sons of Anarchy". Upon questioning I found out this was because he hadn't been to bed. He's also planning on not going to bed all day. He had a bottle of red wine which appeared consumed. I'm worried that he's planning on starting another one.

Got into work for 8:15. This means if I can stick out the day I get to go home at 4:45pm. This would be nice but it does require sticking out the day. I don't want to stick out the day. I want to lie down until I stop feeling sick.

Just noticed my left hand appears to be twitching when I rest it. It's bizarre to watch your body spasm like that without your conscious input. I wonder why my brain is sending it that signal. Maybe there's not enough blood in it? Right hand seems ok, for now.

Feeling ill generally means you should ingest vitamins and natural sugars to help with whatever you're trying to kill off. So I've got a carton of Apple juice here. Next to my Apple Mac. It's an Apple jamboree. Looking at the ingredients I can tell you that a 200ml serving contains 75% of my RDA for vitamin C. This is good as I have a litre bottle here to force down so I should be overflowing with vitamin C by the end. Strangely it doesn't mention any other vitamins. I wonder if there's any others in Apple Juice. Two shakes. Apparently there's 10 different vitamins in Apple juice. I wonder why it doesn't put those on the packet. Ah well.

Can't think of anything lee to write at the moment. Will be back at some point so you know I didn't die of vitamin C overdose.
