It's the first day of spring, and also my dad's birthday, and for completely different reasons it's a pretty important day in my life. It's a day that reminds me that I'm going in a direction that is going to be for the best in the end. Overwhelming happiness is still possible. It might be in the cards for me.
I spent the day looking at homes online. Chris is meeting with the carpet and painting guys and hopefully we can get the house listed very soon. The realtor thinks we can list for around 340-350 and hopefully sell for around 330. That would mean around $15k in profits for both of us after lawyer fees and such. That would make for a nice down payment. I think I'll start actively searching for a new home once we have some interest in my current home.
I'm ready to move on.
