The worst people are not the depraved and the amoral.
The worst people are those who are good because they have been told not to be bad, and threatened with perdition thereby.
Because these people are not good people; they are merely frightened people.
In their fear, they can be led into hatred and atrocity, and still believe in their heart of hearts that this is good and moral.
But even that is not their worst.
The worst thing is that one day these little people wake up without fear. .. and without the impetus to be good, either.
They don't understand right and wrong.
All they understand is the stick.
Try not to be that person.
