THREE THINGS
Sleep is a lovely accompaniment to our lives, quite necessary.
My husband frightened me when he didn't sleep nightly more than two hours for about two weeks.
The brain is a fearsome companion to our body when the body is sleepless and can't recover the proper balance between sleep and alertness. Be aware.
