34 Chilly wind. We went to Trenton to get Elma. Ate dinner at Shirley’s cafe, then come on back home.

We went to grocery store. Kathy and Gina was here when we got home. We all went in to DQ for supper.

Butch and Sharon did all the chores. They and Teri and Charles and Gary, Chuck, doris, Tina, David, Daniel and girlfriend, Kathy, Gina was here for dinner. Had a great day.

22 and chilly all day. We took Elma in to town to get her taxes done. I met Geneva at Walmart, after Buck and Elma was done we went to Geneva’s house to see her quilt. Ate supper at Toot Toot.

24 to start high of 60 Us and Elma went up to Prarie Chapel cemetary, then we took her home. Chuck went with us and we all ate at Shirleys.

41 to start made it to about 62. Chuck spread fertilizer on the pasture and meadow, he ate dinner with us. We hauled his cow some water. V
et stopped this morning and did the 2 calves.

I’m in a horrible mood tonight so this is going to be quick. I think its due to a combination of vacation being over and having to be back at work and the fact I didn't get to go anywhere for vacation.
Good Things I did for me
Swam 40 minutes
Walked 3 miles
Stayed in calorie range
Didn't deal with my emotions with food. Which sometimes I would still like to do but every choice has consequences and if I made the choice to overeat I would feel not bad for 2 or 3 hours but the rest of the week I would be kicking myself.
