Baked Mac 'n' Cheese in Food Porn

I remember once, Tasha's moms boyfriend asking how we got Tasha to eat so well and so many different things. He's a chef, I don't know what level, but I know that he is trained and for a very long time worked in the industry. This is where the problem is I think. You're a chef, therefore all you think of is how to make things fancy and refined, when all a kid wants is something easy and tasty. Take last nights dinner for example:

Baked macaroni (okay penne) and cheese with broccoli, cauliflower, and chicken. Apparently the first picture looks...odd (I'm told). I didn't have any bread crumbs for the topping so I improvised and used sesame seeds, it added a different dynamic that worked very well (I think).

During the cooking process I even paused and walked to the living room to brag that it was the best tasting cheese sauce I had ever made. Yeaaaaaap, that's how good it turned out! It was so popular and Tasha repeatedly told me (while eating) how yummy it was. She wasn't the only one... her dad and my mom said the same thing. I win!
