I finally have internet at the new house! Sawweeettt! Also, I'm so bloody sick I kind of want to die. I went home to visit last weekend, all my family was sick, but I figured they were all past the contagious stage. No such luck. So I've been feeling like complete hell since Friday night.
One of my good friends bought concert tickets for us for friday night, for awesome Canadian bands. And I sure as hell wasn't missing that, so I went in spite of being sick. It was great.
And then I spent the rest of the weekend on the couch, dying. Big Oil comes home tomorrow, so I've been slowly, bit by bit, trying to get the house cleaned up since its been such a disaster still from when I moved in. I finally got some sleep last night so I managed to get the rest of the cleaning up done today, so atleast he doesn't come home to a dirty house.
My best friends is climbing Kilimanjaro right now, and I'm so proud of her, but I miss her so bloody much. So many things I want to talk to her about. We rarely go more than a day without texting each other, and we talk on the phone at the very least, 3-4 times a week. So 12 days without her, is going rough!
I'm having some financial conundrums lately. I hate money. I can't wait to be done school and making a steady salary finally and maybe finally be able to balance out my budget and be able to pay my bills every month.
Going to round up some sort of concoction of food to eat now. I'm running out of food in my house. I don't even have butter left.
