Timmy and Kayla had a good time at the homecoming dance. Aaron decided not to go to the dance and instead had a friend from school over to play video games. The dance ended at 10. Since Kayla and Timmy are seventeen they have restrictions on their driving at night. I picked them up and dropped them off at the dance and my husband stayed at home with Aaron and his friend. After the twins got home we stayed up for a while and talked afterward. I feel like there is a lot to talk about as far as being at college next year.

The twins are working on their college applications. Many of the applications are due November 15th. They also have a couple that are due December 1st. They each went on a college tour this week and they have another one next week. Next semester they will do internships. During the internships they will spend a few weeks outside of school working. Kayla and Timmy will need to figure out where they want to do their internships. When I did my senior year internship I helped out my former Chemistry teacher with her lab. At the time, I was trying to decide if I wanted to study Chemistry in college.

Timmy has senior night for soccer and Kayla has senior night for diving this weekend. The parents come and the seniors get flowers and signs. Aaron has the league and state championship meets for cross-country in the next couple of weeks.

We have been trying to do fun things on the weekends. We have been going to the park when the weather is nice. We also went to an art museum.

Right now there is a lot to do as far as college applications and keeping up with schoolwork for the twins, and learning how to do high school level work for Aaron. They also like to spend time hanging out with their friends.
