Blocked already! in A Few Words

My first day and I’m blocked already. Someone wrote that a good earthquake on the west coast would take care of all the “lefties” in California and Washington state. I simply commented that it made me sad that she wanted me and my family to die a miserable death in an earthquake because our political views are different from hers. What is offensive enough about that for someone to block me? She wrote that she would block anyone who was RUDE in their comments. Was my comment rude?
