I'm on day 5 of the Medifast diet. Day 1 was definitely the hardest. I'm used to eating the way I need to eat, so it's a lot easier today than in Tuesday.
I was stupid and weighed myself this morning as a mid-week weigh-in. And I haven't even lost an ounce. Not one fucking ounce. I need to start working out too. I was working out before I started, so it's ok for me to do at least a half hour of cardio or something.
Sigh. My official weigh-in is Tuesday morning. I hope I see some results.
I'm completely in love with the crunch bars. The peanut butter crunch bar tastes like a Reece's peanut butter cup. I'm also in love with the soups. They're all so good, which is awesome since I was afraid I wouldn't like anything.
