Winercise. It is the best. The exercise is good, and the wine is good, but even better is the friendship. I hate to get all sappy and weird, but something has happened to me in the last couple of years, and I fiercely treasure every friendship like it was made of high quality saffron. My Winercise ladies are some of my favorites. One is my first friend from church, one is my assistant pastor's wife, and one is a neighbor of the church lady, and I love them.
We talk about everything, and it's not uncomfortable, even though we each come from very different backgrounds.
I wish every day was Winercise. But then I might turn into an alcoholic. So maybe it's better this way.
