I refuse to weigh myself every day, so I'll most likely only do it once a week on Tuesdays since that's the day I started.
I really wanted to eat emotionally today. Some shit is going down at work and I'm over it. Normally when I get stressed or over it, I turn to food. Not today. I'll keep doing my diet and keep drinking the water.

I wish I could fast forward to 12 weeks from now and see the results. I know it's going to take time, but I'm definitely not the most patient person in the world,
