Day 1 in Weight Loss

Today was my first day on the Medifast diet...and holy shit it was tough.

I'm happy I decided to take my lean and green meal to work for lunch (5pz of sirloin, 2 cups of romaine lettuce, 1/2 cup of cucumbers, 2tbsp of creamy Italian dressing). It was so awesome to eat that!!

I ate today: chocolate chip pancakes, cinnamon cereal, cookie dough bar (which is incredibly disgusting), cream of chicken soup, and a brownie (over the course of the day).

My first weigh-in was this morning and I was at 143 (rounded up). My goal is to get down to 110-115 pounds. All this extra weight has been on me since my daughter was born (she'll be 3 in April). I'm tired of being tired. I'm tired of not fitting into any of my clothes. I'm over it.

Today was so challenging. I drank around 80 oz of water. I ate every 2-3 hours. I did what I was supposed to do even though all I wanted to do was eat French fries!!

Well, it's on. I got this!!!
