Appointment with trainer
Saw Angie for the first time since Monday and had to admit that I had not been working out or eating right since Monday. Angie had a good point. I can continue to be a victim letting the news of my DNA status stop me from achieving my goals or I can be a survivor and find healthy ways of dealing with stress.
Appointment with therapist. We talked about healthy ways of coping. Journaling, running, deep breathing through an app called head space, talking. He asked me about abuse and I told him about my Dad being verbally abuse. When I got out of his office I wondered what there was about me that lead him to think abuse and then I looked down at my arms I saw the huge bruises on my forearms that look like someone grabbed me by the forearms. Sorry, doc. Those bruises were left by the window a/c unit when I installed it last week.
Stayed in calorie range. Rowed 3 K, and did some weight lifting.
