Yesterday at work was supposed to be our class's graduation day, but me and a few others got held back. To graduate, we needed a few things: First, pass three our of six QA calls (meaning six of our calls will be listened to, we'll get a pass or fail on how well we do). I passed six out of six! Apparently, they love the way I take phone calls. And I'm very good about using my online tools. However, I only had six customer surveys, and of those surveys, 3 were negative. That is not enough of a balance to graduate. Also, my handle time is too high. I'm still getting used to what kind of problems our customers have and what I can do to fix those problems, and do it quickly, and note the account while I'm still on the phone, and try to throw an offer in there. It's all very stressful and I'm still getting the hang of things. So I get another week of training bay, and I think it will be better that way.
Unfortunately, since I won't be starting on my team's schedule this week as originally planned, I'm going to miss book club. It's the first meeting of this new book club at my local independent book store, and I'm going to miss it. I've been planning for it and I bought the book, and I'm almost done reading the book, and I've been so excited to go.....and now I can't. So that bums me out.
Today I don't feel like doing anything, so we'll see how that goes. I think I'll at least shower and consider going somewhere. Maybe not. I should clean, is what I should do. Will I? I doubt it.
