I asked God to show me how to get through this thing with Bob. Instantly, a thought came into my mind: “IT’S NOT ABOUT ME!” Exactly the answer I needed. A real wake-up call. I can’t believe I was being so selfish. Now I pray to keep this thought and put my energy into being the loving wife and care-taker he will need for a successful procedure and rapid recovery.
