HELP! in rants

I have books posted on three exchange sites. They all offer widgits - pieces of code that are SUPPOSED to result in an image. When I post the code, all I get is some of the code clickable, the rest in regular text. I'd love to have these images here. Anybody know how?

No images, but I'll bypass the wigits and just post the url for the pages that contain my "inventory". Thanks for getting me over the "hurdle".
