May this be the guiding phrase in my year ahead.
This year I want to;
run. I want to find joy in running, walking, hiking again. listening to music. getting outside.
swim. enjoy the waves. beach hair. salty skin.
see. I want to travel. move. be mobile. make memories - the ones that make you laugh, cry and love. I want to feel alive.
believe. renew my faith. find my Jesus. find peace.
plan. I want to save money. I want to save to go on an OE. Save to take my Caz somewhere.
rebuild. my physical, mental and spiritual strengths. my lifestyle. my friendships. my diet. look after myself.
Jesus, you’ve been here before. Help me find a way to remain steady. To change. To live a life that has meaning… and purpose.
