Trying to Make Night-outs Work in Learning Curves, Singledom and Gooseberries.

I found myself pursuing positive singledom vibes upon hearing one of my friends is the security guard at Bar Good Vibes in Prahan, Victoria. Not only did it turn out to be a shitty night for me but it lead me to conclude two things:

1) going to a bar is clearly one of the worst ways to feel social

2) there’s not much going for yourself when at a bar, even if you’re actively seeking companionship or sexual endeavours.

I tried to keep an insightful perspective on things but I couldn’t marry the experience of going to a bar/club with meeting the potential girl of my dreams. In fact, this night was meant for me to explore and learn how to be single for the first time: reclaiming my identify and concept as a female-seeking guy in a sea full of fish!

I just don’t think thats the case. Not only do I think bar/club patrons are slightly not meeting the ideal settling down and taking it easy type but they’re not my cup of tea.

I sit on the 942 Nightrider and wonder to myself, “will I ever find a potential partner?

Time will tell.
