Missed it by that much in Life as we know it

I saw the annoncement at OpenDiAry middle of last week but couldn't get to a computer where I could download my diary until, as I found out, the day after that site closed. Not sure how much I lost since the last time I downloaded. Probably not much other than repetitive wailing about the plight I firmly cling to.

Anyway, this is my sole diary site now.

Tonight my plight and I are picking up Z, my older granddaughter, to take out for her bday
