I visited my grandmother tonight to pick up a sewing machine from her. I'd like to get back into sewing. I want to sew a quilt eventually but I've never had the time. I grew up taking sewing lessons. I was probably 6 or 7 when I started and I started making clothes when I was 9 or 10. I got more into needlecrafts after that but I still did it for fun once in a while. Fabric isn't cheap, though, and projects can be long. I stopped having the time at all after college.
Maybe once I finish my exams. If that ever happens. Maybe then I will have more time. I don't anticipate having kids, so maybe.
After dinner I came back home and just hung out with the roommate. Being around family requires a lot of recovery.
