my office is in town and i super like sneaking in a bit of free time during my lunch hour for some serious goal-oriented shopping :)
went to Plaza Singapura just now to check out the Daiso (shop where every item is $2 fixed price). need more of those foam door caches to prevent doors from slamming on I's fingers. He loves to play with doors. the one i am using now is from Daiso Malaysia and i regret that we didn't buy more as the S'pore store stocks quite different things.
Bought $32...16 items!! productive or not...let me try to list them
3 bags of tidbits for office (sigh! never shop when u r hungry...) container for office snacks toothbrush holder (could've spent 8.80 for the 3M version) mug for toothbrushing (something i needed to change for a long time) kitchen sponges 2 pax of dry floor wipes 2 pax of gift wrapping paper
but am more excited at buys for the kids. decided to have more activities to engage them instead of ipad every evening. bought a mini play-dough set last fri which they loved.
mini magna doodle (for use in car) book on how to fold origami toys origami paper bubble blowing toy (something from my childhood. store in chinatown point sells $6 for one box)
can't wait to go home and show them the spoils hee
