Lately, I’ve been traveling a lot because of work and every time i leave my Sun City i cant help but miss it. This week i got back from LA (again) and as i sit here i cant help but feel thankful for the beautiful city we have. As i mentioned before, California is beautiful, but the more i visit the more i see how bad we treat our Earth,not only there but all over the world. I came across this picture i took when we were getting ready to land in LA and though its not as clear as it was in person i still feel so shocked.
The skyline is so hazy and you can see how polluted our sky is. Obviously pollution is everywhere but I’ve never seen it like this. Right now the park is quiet and its a partly cloudy morning, but the sky still looks beautiful. Its just sad to think that slowly but surely our skies might start all looking this way. I wish we could somehow stop everything , turn everything off and embrace what we have for a moment and take action because we’ve seen it everywhere. By year such and such its going to be even more impossible to get this cleaned up. As much as i could just sit here and enjoy the cool breeze and the green grass, and let others handle their cities etc. I cant, one day my kids will be roaming those streets and suffering because WE didn’t value our Earth, just like those before us didn’t.
