The story was predictable, yet enjoyable. Josh Brolin plays an escaped criminal; Kate Winslet plays a depressed mother. They help each other over a three day Labor Day weekend. Her son, going into the 7th grade, has his own issues, being torn between his parents. The movie comes to expected conclusions, but the trip there is worth it. Rentable... later. It does not require a large screen presentation. I liked it.
