With every end comes a new beginning. This is my first entry here...just doesn't feel the same. Perhaps in time.

It's snowing again here in lovely land. I do love the snow. So beautiful, so serene. But it does make getting around difficult. At least I'm off work today. Tomorrow I will go back to Crazy Land. People will be going insane, trying to stock up on everything...just in case...just so they don't get caught without something should we all get snowed in. You would think that eventually everyone would be stocked up enough...but no. I think they just enjoy getting out, and the experience of talking (griping) with others in the same predicament. And, of course, griping about the crowds and lines.

Yesterday I was off also. Ah, yay, two days off in a row. Time enough to recover so I can do it again. Mater took the day off and we went out hiking in the sleet/snow....searching for a cave he'd heard about. We think we may have seen where it is, but had to turn back due to the weather getting worse. I got some good pictures of snow along a creek and the railroad tracks.

Today I'm on my own, Mater is working. So I guess I'll stay home...catch up on laundry. I should get started on the book I plan to write...it's a good one...a children's book. Yes...I should do that. Or take a nap.
