who came up with this idea? in Wedding bells and other nonsense

So the gym I manage came up with an idea, lets charge everyone a yearly fee of $20 but wait lets put it tiny tiny in their agreements and lets not really explain to them how it works. So April 1 was the big day, and guess how many pissed off patrons have called or come in. And guess who gets to put out dumpster fires…if you guessed me your right. Its been a very fun last two days, and then add in the fact that not one but two patrons passed out on me yesterday..
Is it Friday yet?

Oh goodness. There is a gym right in front of my house that is now under new management, but for a while it was Edge Fitness. They did that too, just randomly charged fees and would raise monthly rates whenever they felt like it. It was so stupid. We quit real quick after that started happening! I'm sorry you have to deal with that, I know you weren't the one making that decision.
