Yesterday with the snow it was difficult getting around. I left my house at 6:15 PM to set up the AA Meeting allowing extra time to travel. Because of the roads being empty of other cars I was at the Church in 25 minutes. I made ½ the normal amount of coffee and also made an executive decision regarding Low Test and made none. My reasoning was that any one needy enough to come out in this type should have the caffeine for their system.
The first two people to arrive came at 7:30 PM, group members. After that 4 nonmembers and one other group member straggle in by 8 PM. We just had a round robin meeting with everyone sharing about themselves and the disease. It was a warm comforting meeting and very low key.
When I got home I found that the front and side of my house were clear of snow. It was only today that my son informed me he had to do it my hand as the snow blower was down. My son and his family are leaving for a visit to the In-Laws Thursday through Monday night. Lucky them to get to Boca Raton Florida while we northerners are battling a cold freeze.
