Kaizen season in My thoughts

I’m trying to start a new season. One of change, and different habits. I’m beginning a 40 day process of daily kriyas, with the intention of dropping unhelpful habits. The important thing is to swap in useful ones at the same time, instead of just doing some other time wasting activity. The habits? Among other things, overplaying games, and browsing the internet. Everything is ok in moderation, and I most definitely have not been moderating myself with these activities. New habits I want? Learning new things (at the moment - I’m studying CS interview questions and learning about dropshipping), exercise, yoga, meditation, making music and eating well. I believe in myself, which is important for me to type because I often don’t, so I know I can do this. I want a more fulfilled life, and I know change is needed, and can happen.
